Service Update

We are currently experiencing a high level of demand for medication orders via our postal service and are working continuously to provide you with your medication.

Thank you for your understanding, please check this page for regular updates.

Online Delivery Orders

There is currently a 5 to 7 working day turnaround time for all postal orders. From the day you place your order to the day we send it out in the post. This allows us enough time to handle any delays from your GP as well as any unforeseen delays in the supply of stock.

Our friendly customer care team will give you updates on your order should we encounter any issues.

If your medication is urgent (i.e. you will need it in less than 7-10 working days please contact one of our local branches who will assist you with your medication order.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
